Rapid Granulator Mixer is designed to meet special needs of tablet manufacturing technology. This is achieved by reducing processing time, more homogenous mixing, Uniformity of Granule size and above all maintaining improved hygiene compliant to GMP norm.

Feature

  • All components in contact with the product are made of SS 316 and non contact with the product are made of SS 304
  • The powder / granules feed through closed bin through docking system and powder / granules loading by gravity or by vacuum.
  • The product bowl is designed with no dead zone for mixing and cleaning. It has a wide curvature radius on the bottom that preventsthe sticking of product.
  • The impeller has three blades with a little wing on each tip. It provides the appropriate movement to achieve the highest mixing and agglomeration efficiency.
  • The impeller has scrapers on the bottom of every blade to assure the minimum tolerance from the bottom of the bowl to prevent product sticking and maximize product yield.
  • The chopper is horizontal, located on the side wall of the bowl with a horizontal shaft and runs at variable speed, counter directional to the impeller to prevent lumps forming.
  • The discharge valve is located on the side wall of the bottom of the bowl and has a GMP design to facilitate discharge operation.
  • The pneumatic circuit is suitable for the system, thus preventing dangerous conditions and adding a further level of safety to the operator.
  • Easy to wash in place and has full access for inspection.
  • The online Co - Mill is provided on the discharge port to reduce the oversized lumps, resulting in reduced drying time byapproximately 20%.
  • Binder charging through peristaltic pump with required accessories and integrated with PLC. Capacity of pump within 15 to 45 LPM
  • We provide complete technical documentation package as per GMP guidelines.
